Saving as a .bsp instead of .vmf?
So, I'm kind of an amateur mapper, like I could create maps for Counter Strike Source, but nothing uber-advanced. So I started trying to create a 1 on 1 map (me and my dad like to do 1 on 1's in LAN), something like a modified ff_dm. I started with just a basic flat plain and put in the spawnpoints to test them. So I then proceeded to press "Run Map (F9)", however the following error appeared:
** Executing... ** Command: Copy File ** Parameters: "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\FortressFor ever\maps\ff_dmtest.bsp" "\ff_dmtest.bsp" EDIT: I've already created the LUA for team deathmatch and named the spawn points, just if it matters in your answer. The command failed. Windows reported the error: "The system cannot find the file specified." I then checked and it seems my map was saved as a VMF file, how do I save it as a .bsp? |
