If these are Chinese who knows what horrible things are happening, my friend's Grandpa used to pick his dad up by the feet and smack him with a canoe ore, apparently that was pretty common in China.

My Karate Sensei already has tought his kids(4 and 6) how to properly fight with katanas(plastic obviously)to a certain extent and whenever they get into a fight he hands them the katanas and watches them go at it

Call The Cops for sure, no need for violence.

but are you sure she beats them cause children cry for anything. Try to videotape it if you can or audiotaped it. Then show it to the police and the cops could send the parents to some meetings to help them with their problems.

I would agree with Geokill on the evidence part, make sure it can be proven that they are abusing them first.

Now thanks for your thoughts guys.. I had figured to call the police, to prompt a social services inquiry. Theres no way I can ever prove that the woman has been hitting her kids, because theres nothing else except me seeing it. All I could tell them is that I have reason to believe those kids are experiencing emotional, and physical abuse, then hope for the best. If that does nothing, I'll go to school and tell a few of my teachers. I don't care for the mom, just put the kids somewhere else.
