I don't know why he said we're Source 2013. We're still using Source 2006. But anyways we're such a small community and most of us only play on 2-4 servers anyway. haha

It most likely affects 2006 as well; the affected code hasn't changed between 2006 and 2013 as far as I know. Hopefully Valve backports the fix to earlier engine versions, but who knows how likely that is.
