Loosing Faith in Slashdot

As some of you have caught on, I'm an avid /. reader.
However 2 of the newest posts are old. The "Hacker" story was on the news a good two days ago. And my local radio station was talking about the"Bad Boys" article either Friday or possibly Thursday morning.

Should I stick with /. or should I consider finding a new homepage? O_O

Maybe they're following Hollywood's pattern...rehashing old stuff? Honestly, I've NEVER had any problem with my homepage (about:blank).

Blame the editors for either being too slow to pick up a story or for there not being enough of them.

my homepage is www.google.com/ig and I've got it set up for mail, weather, stock stuff, and rss feeds for a number of things (sports, / . , digg, techie sites, cnn, bbc, usatoday, msnbc, etc).

me too! news and weather down one side, mail down the middle, and other RSS feeds down the left.

My stuff is all organized via firefox. I fit basically the same information in my bookmarks toolbar (RSS feeds FTW) and ForecastFox occupies the space to the right of "Help".
