Did something dumb please help :)
So I dl FF like every one else today and went to video settings thinking hey I have a wide screen moniter lets change the ratio, not realizing maybe my graphics card doesn't support it, and boom! my screen went black and I can't change it. Is there anything I can do short of deleting the whole thing?

You're trying to change the game's resolution, right? That isn't in a game config. It is kept in the registry, but you can just add startup parameters to override that. I believe it's -w for width in pixels and -h for height. Might be -width and -height I forget. Google will help you with this. >
Right click on Fortress Forever in the Steam games list and find the startup command option thing.. I forget where it is exactly. Then add -w 800 -h 600 or whatever. You can also try -windowed which should also fix your problem and let you back in the game. |
