Animated Skins?
I edited the dispenser skin to include three frames of animation; the black screen edited with a picture of a sentry gun with flickering scan lines. It looks a lot more exciting except, it doesn't animate. The .vtf file has the frames laid, and I can go through them with the up/down arrow key next to Frame: in vtfedit, but it doesn't animate in game; It just stays at the initial frame. Does anyone know what I must do to get it to cycle through the three frames and animate? Thanks in advance.
