I'm basing my statement on nothing more than pitting them against each other in the game and seeing who comes out on top.

Hence why I said almost a truism. There might be situations where the random pubbers prevail. It would be extremely rare in a matchup against upper echelon players.

MLB players play the game better. When they play the game against each other in the Majors, the game is played better. With more skill, tapping into more of the gameplay/strategy/etc. That's why the top and/or competitive game is betta, hoes.

Pub play is like playing baseball without a diamond and too many players on the field. And only 1 or 2 players on each team can hit the ball.

And league play is like pro baseball. People only caring about how great they'll look on Sportscenter, extremely inflated egos, people taking things too seriously and overreacting to everything, and every now and then some fuck gets busted for steriods.
