Cube

So not sure if this should go here or in maps. I remember playing a map back in TFC called Cube, based on the movie, and I recently watched the movie and wanted to play that map again. Well lo and behold, I don't have it anymore and am having a hell of a time finding it. Does anyone have it that could host it for me, and would any mapper be willing to make a new one, with new traps and whatnot for FF? I think a new one for FF would be great, especially if a way could be figured out to get the rooms to travel around the cube, to make it even more movie-like, and harder to get out of at the same time.

No. No no no no no. Cube was good. Hypercube had the worst ending to a film I'd ever seen. Then I saw Boondock Saints. Then I saw Cube Zero.

The longer alternate ending included in the 'extras' on the DVD reveals the 'owners' to be the government. It is unclear in the shorter version who they are, but it is assumed they are Izon. Kate is executed in both versions, but she is praised for being the first operative to make it out alive. In the alternate ending it is revealed to Kate that she was in the Hypercube for just six minutes and 59 seconds. The cube is owned by the government. It was an experiment used for quantum teleportation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cube_2:_Hypercube

that does not make it good. that just makes it twice as shitty that they put that much effort into something as stupid as hypercube

Vile beat me to it. A longer, shittier ending does not change the fact that it was a shitty ending. I didn't need an explanation for the shit, I need a different ending.
