yeah really actually. plus the pyro can use his flamethrower as a jetpack.

I've got an idea though. Have it where the pyro can use the flamethrower to attach to his back as a secondary weapon use so the pyro can jetpack forward.

IMO having an actual jetpack would be out of place in this game. Right now, most of the movement techniques are things that don't really seem to be an intentional part of the game (conc jumping, rocket jumping, railgun jumping, bunny hopping, etc). The only obvious movement device is the scout's jump pad.

I agree with JackBauer, and tbh balance isnt the main thing at all, the game isnt that unbalanced how you guys say it is, the most unbalanced class is the soldier with uber rocket radius explosion, you have to move 10 meters aw so you dont get any splash damage lol- And anyway tfc was less balanced and you had 100 times more players so thats the not the main thing.

1.FF is fading away thats a fact, im around FF for some time and the 2 things that bring more players are new patches or leagues with some organization so we need one of those.

2.Also retire those 100 beta testers and devs that dont even play FF at all and get new ones, that do care for ff.

3.The Pub gameplay issue isnt balance, the problem with it, is that its uber boring, boring and boring on ctf maps , we need some server cvar in some base lua to make ctf kinda like Avd with after X caps teams switch over, defense goes offense, and some way of removing blue flag when theres less then x players, so would work like avd that is a lot more enjoyable.

4.Look at modern games, they all have achivements, weapons level with experience, or just new weapons skins etc.

5. I would say to FF team use better their resources, for example talking with bri he didnt had any idea about dev team considered doing that ctf new base lua, wich he might have the knowlaldge to do.

6. Do like a wish list from dev team to comunity with specific requests in this forum, like we need a texture with this specifics or a model with this specififcs or a video with this stuff, whatever that the community could do, and submit their stuff, but we need to know whats needed.

Achievements that "bolster" a more experienced player will create an imbalance that will probably turn newer players off. After all, if they can't deal with having the same weapons and abilities, what makes you think they will hang around long enough to get the "better" stuff?

Achievements are only acceptable if there are no rewards or the rewards provide no advantage such as a new weapon skin or a badge or some shit. I mean, Team Fortress 2's weapons are sidegrades, so it's not as bad, but meh.

I wish to revise my previous sentiment. For FF to succeed, and thus what I consider to be 'top priority', it needs to stay 100% on it's current track, and don't do anything to change, despite what all the haters say.
