i think this map is looking very good, i only have a little bit to critique on the architecture. you have a very consistant design vocabulary, you have integreated curves into you walls very well, i would like, however, to see a few curves goig on the other axis, meaning on the roofs or such. i think it would take it a step further to make a porch or someting like it on the outside of a building or two using the curves you have set up.
as for the cactus, does it need to be normal mapped? if not, id be happy to do it for you |

If you can make the model wunder I can make the normal map.
Something like a big beefy saguaro cactus. There's a chance I can get a .bsp of the first thrid up tonight but I'm probably going to have to do a bunch of compiles to test out all the dust effects I'm playing with. |

Obviously, it's where you only play the first part of the third period, duh.

I think it's the last third of the first part, or is it?

Architecture/maps like that are why I'm going to play FF. No prop_phys or whatever either.

Wow, thanks.
It's really really really past my bedtime now, and the map isn't in any sort of state to be compiled, but here's a shot from hammer. It's part of the 3rd stage, and I'm planning on having that part be a battle up a cliffisde for the third CP. The cliff is a bit short right now, but it's a start: P.S. Circ, I <3 you because of your avatar. SOTN ftw idd lol. |

Nezumi definitely seems to be an experienced mapper. I'll bet that he will clip those wooden docks.
