I thought it was pretty good for the trial I did. I may not have the deepest voice, but it's plenty deep to know a guy is speaking, and it still made me sound like a girl with only a minor tweak. Or a kid, or a demon, or whatever. If you can't figure out what the settings do, just play with them and see what sound they change. It also helps if you have good hearing.
