Okay, that's a great start. However, I still don't understand how to do one-team doors. In the tutorial, it just tells you how to name it and to set it the same as a multiple trigger door. But, I don't know what those settings are, so a Lego-manual style tutorial for the spawn doors would be helpful. But still, good job organizing!

Go to the properties of the trigger_multiple entity, select "Name" and type in the correct name (red_respawndoor for red, blue_respawndoor for blue, etc). It's literally as simple as that.

Gah. Maybe you do need a step-by-step tutorial.

It sounds like you need to get familiar with Hammer in general, though. You don't need one-team-only doors until you are ready to release your map.

But, once you get a working door for ALL teams, converting it over to a one-team door is really easy.

For a one-team door:

1. Make a door (func_door), name it whatever you want (example: red_door1)

2. Make a trigger_multiple or trigger_ff_script around the door, usually extending out about 64 units on each side. Go to the "Outputs" tab, and add an Output with the following parameters:
Code:
OnTrigger | red_door1 | Open | <none> | 0.00 | Not checked for fire once
3. Name that trigger "red_respawndoor"

4. Success
