Tabletoppin' with FFags.
Alright, where do we wanna do this?
I've always had a fondness for OpenRPG - it's free and effective. I don't know of any other free tabletop software, so if you do, post it up. Failing that, there's always IRC. I know a good server we could use for the purpose. Thoughts? Edit: Oh, shit, and what game do you guys wanna play? I've never actually gotten to play 2e but I could probably give it a try. 3.5 is mostly OGL, you can get 99% of the rules from sites like d20SRD.org. Pathfinder is the same, you can get it as a PDF from Paizo.com. It's pretty huge. Non-D&D is cool too. I've got the New World of Darkness books, Star Wars d20, and a couple other miscellaneous.

I wouldn't mind playing some D&D, but my schedule really just sucks, so I might not actually be able to. Sounds like fun though.

I'm pretty much open whenever, and I'll use whatever, too. We should probably set up a Teamspeak (listening server, or I can use a friends server.) for communication, and just use the chat client for the game mechanics and such.
As for what to play, I just got the entire set of 4th edition books (hooray for Demonoid!), so I'm up for that. I also have a hard cover copy of the v. 3.5 players hand book as well, although I have no idea where it is.

I'd be down for trying some Pathfinder, the only problem being when we schedule this.

Scheduling is the only problem I might have! I'd love to play some $e, maybe some Pathfinder (if that damn website loads so I can read the shit <.<)

I wish I had the time..........
Darken_Hellspawn used to play a character named Darken Hellspawn a very long time ago since I have continued with the name tradition through D&D to TFC to FF Forums with a shit load of games in-between.
Before dh was created I went by John or Jack Strife. I am intrigued with the possibilites and I am sure that most would feel it would be benefical that I play so that most can hear my voice and experience the wonders of play. dh

Welp... who's got a set schedule? When are you free?
If you don't have a set schedule (like me), when are you usually free? I've usually got Tuesday and Thursday nights, Saturday afternoon/evening, etc.

I have no set schedule because of school starting up here soon, but if you can come up with times when people are playing, I'll see if I'm free and play if I can. Damn school. I would need to build a char though.

Who do you say "I'd need to make a char" as though it weren't obvious?

Well some people might have one laying around from sometime in the past. I don't know really. I've had way too much to think about the past week to accurately think about a lot of things.
