2mesa3 questions
First of all, I know this was a custom map and I was wondering if anyone knew the guy's name and if he was planning on doing a remake for Fortress Forever. I'd like to contact him to ask him permission to do it if he isn't planning on it.
p.s. He actually made 2mesa4 and it was played in TFL Uncharted when I controlled that league, but I haven't seen the guy since then. p.s.s. Is anyone else doing this yet or is this free game? |

Also, I've searched for good lighting tutorials but can't seem to find anything beyond beginner. I remember someone mentioning a tut about blue lights or something (defrag maybe)?

Actually, I think I'd like to remake mortality_l, is anyone making that now? Who originally made it?

aww thanks yohan :P
Well, Wildfire has given me permission to remake mortality for Fortress Forever, so that will be my new obsession for the next few months Perhaps I will return to 2mesa3 after that, but for now, the complex brushes in the canyon own me hard :P |

You don't make those complex brushes in HL2, you learn to use displacement maps instead. Read the SDK documentation
