Completely random google question.. may god help me!?

yeah so i went to DL google earth on this computer.;.... and what do you know? Goodle decided i have to DL a whole package just for Google Earth...

I dont want all the bloatware that comes with it. I just want google earth... not all this other crap, but they leave me no choice!

Does any one happen to have the original GE exe? I used to have it on my mac but, well, not any longer. I would really apreciate it if some one can find an independent install of it.

What "other crap," exactly? I didn't have to install anything.

Did you choose Typical or Custom while installing?

n oits some new thing they released recently. They no longer allow the DL of the program independantly. Now you goto dl an installer. The installer comes with a multitude of google related products such as the toolbar the desktop and image search ect... like literaly everyting google. You cant just cancle the rest of the DLs (theres about 8 before the google earth aned 4 after). it now goes in order from top to bottom and can cancle ALL dl's or none at all. it sux.

Well, I just downloaded it from this link here:

it's the same file I got last time, which didn't ask me to install anything.

I uninstalled it, to check... re-installing it now...

and all it has in it is Google Earth.

I uninstalled it, to check... re-installing it now... and all it has in it is Google Earth. __________________ Look at all those dead links.
