It's bothering me, eating away at me...
That I can see that area in 2fort in the center of the spiral but can't get in there. I might have put it out of mind of someone hadn't said it IS possible to get in there. So please. Spill the beans. Is there a way in and if so how? Oh, and that grate in the vent over by the elevator, is there any way to get back there too?

It's easy to get into the little hole from the spiral to the flag room.... crouch jump.
As for the grate by the elevator..... sadly, no. I tried to talk Shadow into putting a breakable grate there, with a vent leading down to the main basement..... but she wouldn't have it.
