Yeah, I didn't think it was . I'll have to test it out tomorrow to see if it's the IC that is doing more damage or if it's just his armor, although I believe it's definitely the IC doing more damage because, regardless of what kind of armor you have, you'll do the same base damage. All the armor does is determine how much of the damage goes to your armor and how much goes to your health.
