Da Vinci Spriral
Last year I was in France in a castle called Chambord.
It's huge but that's not what I wanted to share. Da Vinci created the spiral in the center of that castle. It's quite ingenious. It's two spirals in one and they start in opposite positions from eachother. (at the same height) And that's also how they end. (opposite same height) The funny thing is that you can see eachother on any level of the spiral but you cannot get to the "other" spiral. I recreated this nifty architecture in hammer. And it's fun byitself. I'd hope to see it sometimes in a map.... I do not have the time or the ideas to implement into a proper map. I would love to hear if you intend to use it in a map you're creating. |
