Here's the product.

As you can see, it's on sale! I bought one. This was a mistake on my part.

As you can also see, Newegg will not refund it! This was also a mistake on my part.

So I'd like to try and sell it. Maybe to one of you. I'd take $120 for it, maybe even $100. I'll cover shipping, too, since I'm nice.

It's the 30GB, comes with whatever the box comes with. If there are any takers I won't even open it. Unless you want me to verify its integrity. I can do that. I could also load it up with music and pornography if you'd like.

I don't know much about it other than what's on the page. It's wi-fi enabled, the browser (Opera) costs extra to activate. It's hackable, though, so you could get around that. Archos apparently released an SDK for just this reason. You could put Linux on it! No one's gonna stop you. I won't stop you, certainly. I would, in fact, encourage you.

So yeah. How about it?

If this was the one that had the GPS I'd buy it off you, but it doesn't seem to be.

A GPS was offered/hyped but never was released, as far as I can tell.

At any rate as I've done more research I'm thinking maybe this thing wasn't such an awful call after all. If anyone IS still interested I might still sell but for the most part consider the offer retracted. Bam.
