Is it possible to localize and increase rate of rainfall?
Instead of making a physicle waterfall you could simply mimick one by making the map edges very high, and then creating localized, dense rainfall where you want your waterfall to be. The body of water itself wouldn't be going against the afformentioned coding issue since it would be horizontal, and the rain isn't classified as water.... to the best of my knowledge. |

WATER FALL IN CS
i played a map in cs called cs_congo im not really sure if it was cs or de congo sorry but here are some shots of the water fall in it
