Is it possible to localize and increase rate of rainfall?

Instead of making a physicle waterfall you could simply mimick one by making the map edges very high, and then creating localized, dense rainfall where you want your waterfall to be. The body of water itself wouldn't be going against the afformentioned coding issue since it would be horizontal, and the rain isn't classified as water.... to the best of my knowledge.

WATER FALL IN CS

i played a map in cs called cs_congo im not really sure if it was cs or de congo sorry but here are some shots of the water fall in it

i have seen some waterfalls , cs_congo for example, something you should know, waterfalls don't reflect in real world, so why should it be so in ff ? just take a scrolling water texture and put a smoke volume down there

i HAVE REAL NICE WATERFALL TEXTURES FROM CS_JUNGLE IF U WANT THEM, JUST DONT FORGET TO GIVE PROPS IN THE READ ME, OR EDIT THEM FOR YOURSELF

When I first looked at this site I noticed Uno and couldn't wait to play it. Still can't.

Also, contact the Eclipse dev team, there are waterfalls in that mod.
