hostname issues

Well I've been trying to rename my server something other than 'Suck my Conc', mainly because for the most part, it's not a conc server.

I tried typing:

hostname "Blah blah blah" in my console and it didn't change.

So I went to my server.cfg file and changed it there, making sure the file isn't read only, and it didn't update.

I have Sourcemod installed but I don't think there is an alternate server.cfg that I can edit, or at least there's not one that I have found.

After doing these changes, I restarted my server, changed the map, and still no change.

Anyone know why this is happening and possibly have a solution?

Is the server.cfg in your CFG folder?

I'm an idiot...

It's in the correct spot, but when I downloaded the config file, and reuploaded it, I uploaded it to the main FF folder, not the CFG folder..

-_-

Thanks for the help.

No, I'll install that tonight. I'll be looking for the links on the sourcemod web site. Can I use most of the plugins on that site without a problem? Or I guess a better question would be, "What are the supported plugins for FF on the Sourcemod web site?"
