just bought THIS .

i'm hoping i have faulty memory..or its at least mismatched.

thats a pretty good deal btw.

added new motherboard
added new cpu.

still locks up.

i'm beginning to think its my video card?

Well you bought everything else new except hard drive and video card why stop now? I don't know it's very hard to trouble shoot problems from forums.
