Music free of rights

Hi,

I'm looking for a place to find music that would be free of rights, for free, or very cheap. I've found places where they sell music free of rights for 50$ a song but I can't afford to pay that much.

It's for use in a video presentation for a cultural event on nature. It'll be played at conferences and on the web site of the organisation.

So if anyone knows of places where I could find good, free of rights music, please let me know.
