Let's discuss trimping!

Well let's talk it, What do you like about it? What style of trimp map would you like to see? Do you want to see anything happen to trimping in the future? is that even possible?!

Personally I think trimping is a lot of fun it is pretty 1 dimensioned skill, but you can sure do quite a bit with it. I always thought it would be pretty bad ass to keep trimping after a trimp. Imagine scaling something like this continuously

Is that a possibility that FF could look into? Even if it isn't let's discuss it anyway!

I'm not sure how to explain my idea but.. here it goes; I'm bhopping along and I need to get up something so I crouch jump, then jump w/o crouching and do a minitrimp. Maybe add something like that?

I see tons of up trimping maps (trimp_redz, etc. etc.) but absolutely zero downtrimping maps.

Something like the combination of a surf map and a trimp map - you try to air control to land on platforms, and each one you trimp off of makes you go faster. If you're not going fast enough you're not going to make it to the next platform, etc.

I usually do the map in reverse when I finish. Challenge Mode: Hit every ramp. [on those that this is possible.. like island]

What I want to see? A trimp map that can be completed in under 1 minute, with multiple paths and a start/finish line. funbox is a good example, but a little too long IMO.

if there wasnt skill involved u would see newbies passing stage 2 on trimp_blue : )
