i guess ill do the toon models. Wont be cell-shaded toon, but they will appear toon-like.

I know, but if you're not going to model it you might as well just play TF2... Granted you'll need new textures anyway, but from my view on his past texture work, these are going to suck...

Have you tried changing the texture properties for the default stuff? I noticed you can change stuff like shaders and reflectivity just by editing vmt text files. Maybe with some editing it would be possible to get higher vis effects from the existing models?

*Edit for example, i just made a medic crazy plastic shiny just by changin some values, no image editing at all. I dont know what all the shaders do tho, but ill try messing some more.
