Removing old mod from server list

For some reason I have two entries for FF in the server list on Steam. I uninstalled 2.46, but still see both entries.

Any way for me to get rid of the old one? It's causing problems refreshing the list for me. Sometimes servers don't show up properly.

Is it still happening? Friday it was causing me problems as well. I had to toggle a few times between three entries. But Saturday all the entries are now linked and show 28+ servers. I guess it just took time for everything to bleed over n such.

For me it's showing entries still, and I have to toggle between them a few times in order to get the server list to show up.

maybe try steam://flushconfig ?

Tried flushconfig and it didn't seem to work.
