Mouse & Keyboard Lag
I've been having lag with my keyboard and mouse lately.
Like when I walk, and stop it will keep walking in that direction, or won't allow me to move my gun. This happen's about once every 5 minutes, and is very annoying, cause I always seem to walk right into a gun fight since I can't stop (it goes the last direction i was in b4 it frooze up) I saw a thread on this about DOD but i couldnt find the sticky. if this helps, i have a wireless keyboard + mouse from microsoft. |

Do you have a dual core processor? Amd or Intel?
When I installed Serious Sam 2, The game was unplayable, because my mouse would be going ape shit constantly. I have an Amd dual core processor, and found my remedy in a free download from them called dual core optimiser. But you say you are having running problems also? Did you do a little fapage and cause your wsad keys to be a little more, 'sticky'? |

Something is probably eating your CPU cycles. Why don't you try going into task manager (ctrl-alt-delete) and killing some non-essential crap? If you don't know what a process is, look it up on google, chances are you don't need it and probably didn't even know it was there wasting resources.
