I've mostly seen the fan animations. But I have watched a handful of their episodes and it is pretty entertaining. Didn't realize Jon was leaving. That's a bummer indeed.

Honestly the first episode with Danny and and Ego was kinda funny, it's just not the same. Jon's personality was a strong contrast to Ego's which made for good back and forth commentary, Danny doesn't really have that contrast. That steam train EP was just horrid also.

And yea I really missed JonTron so that's a plus. Random video game themed sketch comedy ftw.

TBH, I don't see why Jon and Arin didn't spend the week before Jon moved playing about 20 hours of various games.

Then we'd have GOOD new content for the next two months.

And Barry should prolly make some highlights for us too.

Another month.

Then we get to drag it out for 3 months, when Arin and Danny are more used to making good jokes, and then we'll just watch them.

The fact that it's just a straight dramatic change has screwed Game Grumps over.

Also, holy shit, that means the Pacific Rim stuff is already all filmed and done.

Be sad to see GG's reveal of that, 'cause it'll have Jon in it. D:

I think Danny is a better fit. Jon tends to go way over the top, can be a poor sport, and asks really dumb questions i.e. "WHO MADE THESE STUPID INSTRUCTION PANELS LAWL...uh what do the buttons do?"

But overall pretty entertaining series with Jon or Danny.

Seriously, Steam Rolled is the most hilarious thing possibly ever on GG. Barry telling himself to edit parts. Barry having mad skills in video games. Barry, pwning their asses in the first episode with Quake 3 Arena. Barry, pwning their asses in the second episode with CS:GO. Barry, pwning their asses in a Mario Party. Barry. BARRY. B. A. R. R. Y.

Having Barry type in the earlier one's was kinda funny, too bad they had to break that wall. And yea Barry seems to be the only one who is decent at random games.
