What is the video settings cvars in config.cfg?

Because of my old comp I always set
Model detail: Medium
Texture detail: Medium
Shader detail: Low
Shadow detail: Low
Screen resolution: 800 x 600

Now, this wont save in my config.cfg so what are the cvars and settings to edit in my own config for this to be saved?
