Check out my server (IP posted above... I don't want to spam it). I have the re-spawn set anytime between a 7 and 10 second max-respawn time and I LOVE IT. My complaint was also the respawn time, so I made sure to fix that when running my college's server

7 and 10 seconds works well. It goes fast, but it doesn't mess up game flow (since cap points need to be HELD).
