would it be hard to implement a mode where each keyboard key is linked to a different note ?

I made a piano in a TFC funmap five years ago.
I somehow suspect this is way more complicated... all I had to do was make buttons for the keys, have the button sound be a piano note, and could use TFC's built in pitch altering abilities to make each note a different tone. |

Your title is false, it didn't use any aspect of the Source engine. The only thing Source had to do with this was Garrys Mod. The entitys where made in lua and spawned, then he figured out what he needed. It's real.
