It costs 400,000 dollars to fire this weapon for 12 seconds!

I'm still LOLing about that line.

The 'territory control' of Hydro just means that after your team wins the battle, you keep that area and move on to fight for a different one.

The capture mechanism is apparently the same throughout the maps, and is nothing like Dustbowl or CZ2 in TFC. There are no flags. Teams capture the points by standing on or near them for x seconds, or something similar. Dustbowl plays completely different now, with teams taking turns going for each area's capture point.(if I'm remembering correctly from the preview/s)

Again, there are no flags. Warpath is the closest thing TFC had to this, but it will function more like Battlefield from the sound of it, vs the insta-cap and then recap delay of Warpath.. Personally it seems like a mistake oversimplifying things that much..

no flag in Dustbowl?!

If that turns out to be the case, I'll be pissed. Dustbowl is the only reason I play TFC

Like someone said, they have a dedicated P.R. team that can do that kind of stuff without taking away from the game; FF can not.
This is likely not true. Nothing is preventing the ff team from "hiring" a couple of talented individuals to focus on pr specifically.

Even though I greatly dispise TF2, I can't wait until they interview the Spy sniper or even pyro

Can we just have this guy banned please? I'm pretty sure these boards would survive even better without worthless input like this.

How can you compare gameplay when you haven't even played either game!?

He will, if you have a DX10-capable card.

It ain't a DX-10 thing. It has to do with the card having special functions. It's kind of like those physics cards that came out and no one bought.

It is ignorant to say TF2 > FF based on looks alone. I thought people learned this lesson with the atrocious sales of next gen consoles like Xbox360 and PS3. But apparently just because it looks flashy and nice, it automatically gives me a break.

Reserve your judgment until both games are out. Or until then, please make more ignorant posts.

Anyone have a clue what Greisemor or whatever he says at the end of the trailer means?

Someone on another forum thought it said "Cry some more" but it definitely wasn't that... I thought his accent was supposed to be Russian, but I wouldn't know how to spell Griesemor in Russian.
