Not to mention the fact that putting a respawn exit further down the water hall would do very little to curb current problems with o players leaving that way anyway. If a flag is down in the water hall, that exit would be smack dab in the middle of the spam anyway. I think in the long run you'd find it wouldn't be nearly as effective as initially appears.

However, as long as we're discussing it, what if there was a teleporter in the FR spawn which took you to the battlements spawn that only worked for meds, scouts, and spies? This would completely eliminate the "problem" all together while leaving the defensive balanced unchanged.
