that was just an example l0ki whipped up when the SDK came out... it's not any sort of official FF conc action. In fact, he did that prior to joining the team

That's a pre-l0ki-on-the-FF-team video, as Schtoofa said. That's pretty much how concing will not be.

After watching the video, that's actually ruiners conc jump video. L0ki's was just a conc sprite + sound.

actually mulch, the vid posted above was mine. i recognize the crappy sandbox level i made just for that =P
also, like mentioned before, it IS NOT part of my FF work, it was simply my intro to the source sdk before i was a member of the dev team. i have completely recoded the conccussion grenade for the mod from scratch. |

HH's are currently working almost exactly like TFC. Perhaps a tad more powerful, which might not be too bad. Any changes we'll see are going to come in the form of more stability in HH'ing with varying ping or server conditions.

thanks for the update Dospac, i hope you keep the concs a tad more powerful and manage to reduce the timing error on HHs

HH? what's HH?
just wanted to ask if concing will be just like in the HL1 engine. where there was no limit to the vertical speed you could get ( like in triple conc jump where you use the combined acceleration of 3 concs to reach an unbelivable height) |

Well I meant having concs thrown the same way you throw nades. It would make HL2CTF alot more fun without being TFC. Sometimes I don't want HLDM or TFC, MAYBE I'd like a little of both.
