Orange box preorder

Im trying to preorder the Orange box, but for some reason it saids that i dont have enough funds.

I think it might be becuase of tax, so does anybody know the price + tax?

Release date next week (wensday),
preorder and you get 5$ discount + you can play the TF2 beta.
Not that TF2 is beter than FF ^^

And i just noticed that i mixed up the names again,

Are you in the US and trying to preorder? Depending on your state matters whether or not you get charged tax, I'm in Oklahoma and I didn't, so it was $44.95 exactly for me.

Orange Box cost me €38,95 (NL, with credicard; incl. extra tax) when I ordered it a few weeks ago. American $ is worth shit, the euro is superior!
