I broke my FF! (then I fixed it again)
I actually first noticed I had a problem when Hammer was crashing when I tried to browse textures. So I launched FF...
Look at this shit.   I'm not sure but I think this was the result of using GCFScape while Steam was running. Luckily I have a backup of my Steam folder; restoring source materials.gcf fixed it
