Little clarification needed

Well first let me introduce myself. Go by the name of Kommy. I was running an old hunted community Kali Hunted 24 hour server. At the end of it I started running 24 hour FF hunted map which was a copy I made of TFC map.
Years later, the website is still up and I'm itching of restarting our 24 hour hunted server.
What confuses me, is I see posts about Steam but I do not see steam Fortress Forever release. Also I see requests for key but I also see links for downloads just like years ago . So, how the heck do I install this and how the heck do I install dedicated server. Which way do I go?
I would prefer to do FF version instead of TFC since it is still fast as original and I made a pretty good copy of original hunted map and graphics just look so much better, but again, it is confusing on which way to install this mod.
Any direction or help would be appreciated.

For now just use the DL links on the wiki. The key requests are for the steam beta.

FF beta is up and working on steam, but currently is not officially released.

Yeah, it confused me too. I thought the steam beta was compatible with the current FF, but its actually another version :/. Anyone else remember when FF tracked your ingame hours and actually listed them as "Fortress Forever"? That's what I'm looking forward to :]

It'll have a full steam release soon enough. Squeek is just waiting for the optimal release time for FF, he has already mapped FFs player history to functions and he's working on optimizing them with respect to time now.
