Admin rights in Vista

Ok, when I got the computer, I did all the sign-in shit that it requires...

I've got this problem Spybot found, but can't get rid of because I "don't have administrative rights"......

Ok, what do I have to do to get that associated with the ONLY account on the PC?

or right click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

There are some *nix things for which there simply are no Windows equivalents....like hard/soft links.
