[FF] Tag

Show your support for this mod and add an FF tag after your name

and when people ask about it you can share this wonderful place with them. there's a surprising number of players out there that have never heard of it.

Not quite a good idea, most people would just assume your part of the dev team. Running around with "Fortress-Forever.com" as my name in TFC, CS:S, and HL2DM usually results in people wanting me to give them "inside" info that nobody else knows. Sad to let them know I'm not who they think I am. If you want to support the mod, stick around here, and invite your friends.

I do like the idea of letting people know while in game, somehow. Not everyone who plays TFC browses "community" sites or even knows that a community exists.

The problem with tags are it doesn't really point anyone here. Playing with your name as "Fortress-Forever.com" or something that actually says "Fortress Forever" is bound to either get someone asking what it is, or get someone who already knows talking about it. Or you could just make a simple bind that says the web address. I think when I get some time I'm going to make a few simple sprays. Then you can spray the website on walls

Well another way to show support is linking your sites to them of course - I searched the FF site for a 88x31 link button, finding none I made one myself
