Carling Black Label, Schaeffers, Hamms, Olympia...those were all "second round" beers in college....things you absolutely did not want to drink as a starter. Used to Joke that you had to drink Schaeffers and Hamms through clenched teeth to screen out the vat debris from the brewing...bleah

ultimatly it depends if im getting drunk or just having a pint, and if im getting drunk ive bypassed beer now its too expensive to get drunk on!
but under sunday afternoon/evening conditions i like

leffe
hoegaarden
kronenbourg blanc
staropramen
coors

and from the mighty canada i decided that kokanee gold is the best lager ever, i also liked sleemans honey brown
