Going to be pretty easy to get across with a rocket or conc regardless of the wires.
Perhaps some clip brush below the wires? |

I say no to flying cars, but Helicopters... now that might be neat. You could still RJ/conc through the sides of them [because the model will have a hole in it w/ open doors].

Oh, and Lost made an excellent video of him dicking around. As far as the concing: I tried to make the wires vertically and horizontally thick enough to prevent players from getting nailed. I wanted to prevent concing across, but I also wanted to prevent getting electrified where there are no wires. I also made a push brush above the wires to push players down into the wires (and traffic ) So I suppose there is a slim chance in hell you could conc across, but probably not. The only problem right now is sometimes you get hit by the push brush on the front of the car, but you don't get hit by the hurt brush. I wanted to make it so that if a HW (or other heavily armored class) was walking across, they could get hit once and knocked around, but not gibbed. I suppose the easiest thing to do would be just to have hurt brushes on the cars. /shrug I have no idea how this will actually play, but it just took me a few hours, so why the hell not. I'll update the cars when I get a chance. Any other suggestions? Should I speed up/slow down any of the lanes of cars, or is it alright? Should I make players have to bring a flag back across traffic instead of simply get to the other team's yard? |

How about making another version that is bigger with a king of the hill style flag cap. Take your flag to the center and hold it. I say make another just to see how much fps hit you'd get from having 12 lanes of traffic instead of 6.
On this build, I'd suggest making the inside lanes fast as shit, so that a fatty can just barely make it across in heavy traffic spawns. But I fuckin loved it, it'll be a great map to play. |

A king of the hill sorta map would be cool. I wish there would be a way to do it and add more teams. hmmmm... |

for a 4 team king of the hill map, make the roads into a square or diamond... hill in the middle, each team spawns in one corner. <>
looks hot, though.
