ok heres my take as i have ony played this game for a couple (5) hours so far and loved it.

dispensers should generate on there own. no more of this throwing the bags around (into them.) its to complicated and unnecessary its not that i want it to be like tf2 just i don't want it like it is now.

also medics should drop packs or throw them with an alternate button (right mouse button.) with any weapon so they don't to have the pack out when they want to throw it. this would make it faster and easier to pick up on.

FYI you can throw medkits with any weapon.

actually i just assumed this was the case when i played medic (what little i did.) i noticed or just assumed so diregard my comment then. actually i tried dispenser and it didnt give anything till i threw a bag into it.

though if you arnt already in the process of this get rid of the armor and just use health.

I never really thought about the whole armor thing before, but does armor act differently towards different modes of damage?

Say for things like nail guns, or shotties, does it use up less armor than say a rocket blast?

If it doesn't, it would be sorta interesting to change that system around. Like instead of having variable HP's and Armor across all the classes, that are both consumed when taking damage.

You could have every class have 100 HP's, and every class have a static Armor amount that's not consumed. The armor would then dictate how much HP damage a person takes when getting hit.

For example (just random clean numbers to make an example)

Scout and HWG They both have 100 HP's but the scout has 25 Armor, and the HWG has 100 Armor.

So when they both get shot by the same weapon, the HWG would take 4 times less the damage than say the scout does.

This is just bonus suggestions here: The armor could dictate the speed of the class, and how much fall damage.

That way the armor would actually mean something to someone, cause I even don't honestly don't know how it all works, after many years of playing this game, to me it was just a 2ndary HP system.

Does FF actually use the different classes of armor? I've never paid attention to the coloring schemes, and I just thought armor was armor.

If it does use the different classes what does each class start off with?

You can't pick up any other armor type. The coloring scheme is old and FF doesn't use it. The page I linked says what class gets what ammo type.

i only see 3 Ze palace servers now,

Are the other servers hanging by the old ff update? But Ze Palace is often very active played by people.. I just installed FF again three days ago

there at least some 26 servers, thing is that steam list gets bugged sometimes, the only way to fix that is restarting servers each 2 days or so in order to show in main list, and i do that often.
