The reason why this is highly plausible is because of the "strong shit" that haitian guy gave him.

I would throw a spoilers warning in the title as it's really difficult to talk about this without talking about the end of the first one. And we all know that even though I have spoiler warnings when I type, people keep reading and get whiny.

That's just a pointless cheap gimmick. That's less believable than if they told you that the whole movie was a dream and it didn't really happen... except now, now it's happening for real... unless we want to make money again, then that'll be a dream too.

If another movie is to be made, the character of Chev can't be in it without it being a piece of crap. Because to matter how cool the action is, there's not way other than shitting on the film to get this to work. If the drug didn't kill him, which as they explained there's no cure, then surely the fall out of a helicopter onto a car and onto rock hard ground would have killed him. They killed his character with his eyes two inches away from the damn screen to show you that without a doubt he was dead. They either need a new character, or to not make the movie a sequel... or at all. Crank was fun but it wasn't amazing.
