(Released) ff_phantom_classic

I've had this sitting on my computer for years. It's a direct, 1:1 port of phantom with no changes from TFC at all. No clue if it has any use, but figured I may as well make it available.

Are there any significant differences between this and the other phantom (before the lighting change)?

The scale of various things is much different. The other phantom was never a direct port.
