CTF + Bonus cap idea?

I was thinking about a four team capture the flag map with a small twist. I wanted to get some feedback, so I'm going to post here. Here's how things would work:
  1. Four teams, four bases. The map would be a cross (+) shape.
  2. You may capture the flag from any team (-self.team, obv) and score your team 10 points.
  3. In timed sequences (5 minutes regular play, 30 seconds bonus, 5, 30, 5, 30, etc), a random team is chosen as a 'bounty'. Their flag is worth 100 team points when capped instead of 10. The team that is chosen has to hold back the offense for 30 seconds while the other three teams frantically try to grab and cap their flag.

I figured it would add a little flare? What do you think or suggest?
(If four teams is too many, three could work.)
* The bonus time would depend on the map size. It would have to be tested.

remove the 10 point captures. Instead of getting the players to allie by scoring, unlock the security for a random team on your timer. 2p.

Another bonus idea: multicap is worth bonuses.

Cap while holding 1 flag = 10
2 flags = 25
3 flags = 50

High risk, high reward.
