I would talk to your sister about it directly. It's good that you spoke with your parents. I'm going to go a different route then the rest of these guys because she needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. Girls her age do not know the complications that can arise from pregnancy. They believe they can wait weeks and months before they are showing to tell people and get help. They believe they have all the time in the world. They DON'T. She needs to see a doctor and get an ultrasound as soon as possible to rule out things such as eptopic pregnancy, which left untreated can kill her. If she's pregnant she also needs to be checked out for certain blood disorders that can occur in some pregnancies as well as STDs that can be very harmful to newborns and treated early and appropriately. Even if she says, "I'm not pregnant" say "Ok. If you were I and Mom and Dad would help you through it. I was worried because there are serious complications like eptopic pregnancies and other conditions that have to be screened for very early in pregnancies and wanted to make sure you get to a doctor as soon as possible.. too many girls think they can wait and that's dangerous." Don't mention the STDs, that'll just freak her out.

Summed up, she needs to see a doctor immediately.

But, seriously, have you considered the possibility that she isn't? Maybe she's sick and has symptoms of something that's going around. And if she isn't, and you told your parents that she is, she'd be justified to freak out.
But, first and foremost, she needs to find out if she is. And if she isn't, you've got a lot of 'splainin' to to. If she is, then she needs to go to a doctor and whatnot.

Emphasis on the doctor, I'm sure most of us are assuming she is young and we all know that there are a lot of potential hazards that come with young age pregnancies.

Whether your sister got pregnant or not, she risked her health in the most irresponsible manner!

Tell her to go get medical attention. Check for pregnancy, and more importantly check for STDs. Some really bad STD's may benefit from early treatments, like within a couple months after exposure. Drug therapies nowadays favor strike-hard-strike-early approach.

Now I am not expressing any ill-wishes. But putting that that transient emotions aside, you will realize the first priority for your sister is her health. There are many things that tolerate procrastination, but this is not one of them.

Meanwhile, advice your sister to start using protection should she continue to engage in casual sex.

Symptoms don't mean a thing. There's been many pregnancies where they only knew when the baby started poking its head out. They still had their period, they notice a change in appetite, and they thought the cramps were due to some bug or something. The only way to know for sure is with a test. So ask her if you're worried about it.
