lol, best weapon ever! Yea he does weird things, when i equipped him with a anti-material rifle, he straps it under his armpit.

Yea, so I pretty much wiped out the deathclaw population in NV lol

Thumbs down

How is this Vagas compared to 3?

I tired out Fallout 3 a few weeks back. Christ it is boring!

First 15 or more mins you are forced into convosation with eveyone. When you finally get into the "action", there are between one to four enemys every 3 or more miles. Not only that, but you walk/run painfully slow. It that basically how the entire game is?

You're put into the action must faster in NV but it is still an RPG, so tons of dialogue.

There is a lot of early conversations you get stuck into in Fallout 3 though. Once you get into Megaton and learn a bit of the game, you're open to the world for traveling and killing. The bit with Vault 101 I really wish you could skip, but you can't so if you can stomach it, just haul ass through it (it doesn't really make or break your character, you can fine tune him before you leave the cave) and get to the fun stuff.

However, New Vegas is built around reputations with a handful of factions, which in turn changes the progression of your character in the game. I think it's possible to be hated by everyone and still have a good time, but there is still lots of forced dialogue if you pick a side and stick with it through to the end, especially if you like doing all the side quests. I was max level for some time before I actually beat the game.

My suggestion would be to fuck around the starting village a little bit, learn the game and hop to the main quest till you get to New Vegas, then work on your reputation and side quests. There's a bunch of fun shit to do in town, and you get your own hide out early on that is far better than the little motel room you get in Novac.

And fuck blackjack. Those cheating bitches get 7 card 21's all the goddamned time. My record is three in a row by the dealer in Gomorrah.

I didn't realize that cashing out wiped the slate. I almost got booted from Gomorrah at like 4k up, cashed out and haven't bothered to get more than 2500.

My luck is 4 too, so the bitches get far too many blackjacks while I'm tossing K+2's every other hand.
