its weird. i already know the whole movie now from the trailer:

peter and skankygurl plan to get married, peter finds out uncle killer, uncle killer becomes badass, spidy "can't" beat uncle killer, spidy and friend fight alot over who killed his dad, spidy gets owned by friend, spidy down and out goes to the 'dark side', spidy kinda digs the dark side, spidy with new dark side powrz owns friend and puts him in the hospital, negro spidy owns uncle killer (but doesn't finish him), and whore gf makes him realize that once you go black you can indeed go back, spidy goes back and realizes it was in him all along or some cheey realization, and then he owns uncle killer for good. end of movie.

but i'm still gonna go see it right away

WEll.... for many of us, we grew up actually READING The story in a comic book. So yeah... that is kinda how it goes. But still, I am eager to spend my $8.50 to see it in theater.

-The movie made an ass load of money which in movie making dream land always means sequel. Then, beyond that, the movie was actualy well scripted directed and performed. Certainly a few problems with repetition, but the premise was great.

I can tell you already now that if this 3rd one continues in those footsteps, you'll see a 4th. In your quick summary of the plot you didn't once mention the word Venom.

Also I never read the comics but did Venom come from SpiderMan?
If he did then Venom will be released at the end of the movie when Mary Jane helps Spidy loose his dark side? Yeah I think I'm wrong?

To answer Geokills question; If you follow the comics the venom suit is an alien symbiont that lives off of its wearer. Peter Parker puts it on and is granted great power. But the creature itself is evil, and that evil overcomes peter. After many fights with his self control, he rips it off and a rival photographer puts it on. That person becomes filled with against peter and trys to kill him.
My understanding could be misled so don't take that entirely literaly.
Plus, for the movie, they may change some of those facts. Venom is one of the much more well known bad guys from the SpiderMan series. he teaches you a lot about the hero as well which makes him a great enemy for the film.

Does anyone think that the model in the video I posted earlier (look below) might actually be an iteration of the Venom to be in the 4:th movie and possibly at the end of the 3:rd? Because to me it looks to highly detailed to be a model for a game, but that might just be normals fooling me eye. Or it could be an unofficial model made by a fan

I wouldn't call Venom genuinely Evil as the symbiote simply merges with the hosts emotions and feeds on them and amplifyies them to get more food.

After leaving Spider-man (in the comics the symbiote leaves parker willingly after Peter's literally exhausted himself trying to get the symbiote off) the symbiote seeks out Eddie Brock since he's radiating an intense hatred for Spider-man for he ridiculed Brock and an article he wrote detailing the Suspect of a great crime, which Spider-man proved wrong by arresting the right criminal.

So the symbiote merges with Brock and a conflict of interest emerges, the symbiote still has fond feelings for Spider-man and Peter Parker while Brock hates Spider-man and have been and have renewed a great friendship to Peter.

This conflict of mind drives both the symbiote and Brock too the verge of insanity taking on the form and name of Venom.

However and here's the point, After several big fights in the comic books, Spider-man and Venom settle their differences and Venom actually joins the good sight fighting baddies for an outfit of the government involved in counter-terrorism.
