Thanks for conidering us polite company.
Though I enjoy single pressing, and holding more than double tapping. At least the option is there to accomodate all users. Another reason why I think that the FF team will out do Valve. The ability to choose. (I feel like I'm a commercial for electric companies in Pennsylvania) |

i love the hold down prime and release
the double tap is kind of annoying when doing conc maps plus it wears out the key itself twice as fast the less buttons the better |

I liked holding the grenade down. I tried one of those scripts and I always just forgot to press it again to throw the damn thing. I couldn't do it lol. For me it's just easier to hold it down because if I press it once and then get into a fight, chances are I'll forget (which I usually did) to press it again three seconds later.
I remember back before the grenade timer. I always thought people who were using them were being cheap. Then it got put in and....dah well. I could still play the game with no volume and throw grenades perfectly though! |

I've never used that double-tap-thingie. It's hard to hold F or G, but it isn't hard to hold mouse2 or mouse3 (wheel)

Mouse buttons 4 and 5 come in handy on the one tap method.

lol yep i am right handed. With my pointer finger on my left hand on g or f I could not press d to save my life. Is there a way in tfc to prime a grenade with f or g and use the same button to throw it (mouse 2)?

bind "f" "-gren1;primeone"
bind "g" "-gren2;primetwo" that's what i always used... i don't think using primeone etc by itself seems to work (doesn't work for me anyway) |

bind f "primeone" bind g "primetwo" bind mouse3 "throwgren" Also, you can't double time with just primeone or primetwo, you have to have "throwgren; primeone/two". I use this: bind f "throwgren; primeone" bind mouse3 "throwgren; primetwo" |
