I promise it's not malware in any way, but it gets annoying as hell after a while.

I won't say more than that to ruin the surprise.

I downloaded it and used it. It's not a virus. Just an annoying program, like he said. I used it for about a minute and got rid of it, because it's totally useless. However, I found that if you click on it when it opens a program, it'll go away.
